Sarathi is designed with an Offline-First philosophy. Your business data stays where it belongs: on your device.

• Financial Ledger Content: Customer names, balances, and transaction history. (Stored locally; we have no access).
• Identity & License Data: Business Name, PAN Number, and License Expiry. (Used for license management and support).
• Security Identifiers: Unique Device ID for hardware license locking.

Note on Personal/Sensitive Data: Some data we collect, such as PAN numbers and hardware-bound identifiers, is considered personal information. This is used strictly for authentication purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services. Administrative API: The app communicates via encrypted TLS/SSL protocols to monitor license activation. We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access & Correction: Request a copy of your registration records.
• Deletion: Request the deletion of your account metadata from our licensing bot.
• Children’s Privacy: This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We retain licensing metadata only for the duration of your active subscription. Once a license is canceled or expires, metadata is purged from our systems according to our maintenance schedule.
